We will refund your purchase price upon request if all of the following conditions are met:

1. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
2. Your calling card PIN must be unused.

Please contact us at support@intouchcard.com with your refund request. We will issue you a prompt refund if the above conditions are met. Your calling card PIN will disabled when we process your refund.

Your calling card PIN is delivered via email to the email address you specify when you register on our website (or to your Google Checkout email address if you are unregistered). Your calling card PIN is emailed immediately after your payment is processed. If you do not see the email in your inbox containing your PIN within a few minutes of successful payment processing, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@intouchcard.com. We will respond promptly with an email containing your PIN. If you are registered, your last 3 purchased PINs will also be available on the My Account page on our website.
